  • SERVO BASED DUT ROTARY CYCLING SYSTEM

    Emerging Technologies, LLC. was called upon to develop and build a servo-based DUT cycling system to replace an existing pneumatic cycling system. The existing DUT safety enclosure was to be re-used and interfaced by the new system. The purpose of the system is to cycle the DUT for a minimum number of cycles for the purpose of both breaking and detection of infant mortality. The interest in servo-based cycling stemmed from the need to eliminate the significant air consumption required by the original pneumatic cycling system.

  • SWITCH FORCE SUB-ASSEMBLY TEST SYSTEMS

    Emerging Technologies, LLC. was called upon to build an automated switch force sub-assembly test system from a customer provided design. The DUT switch contacts were to be verified for force, position, and electrical state while being automatically actuated by the test system.

  • MICROCONTROLLER-BASED SUB-ASSEMBLY TEST SYSTEM

    Emerging Technologies, LLC. was called upon to design and build an automated sub-assembly test system. The DUT was to be configured, calibrated, and functionally tested.

  • PRESSURE LEAK TEST SYSTEM

    Emerging Technologies, LLC was called upon to design and build a custom Pressure Leak Test System. The system was required to pressure the device under test and verify the pressure was maintained within specification over a period of time. The system was planned as standalone system to leak test two different part numbers of sheet metal product.

  • HIGH PRESSURE LEAK TESTER

    Emerging Technologies, LLC was called upon to design and build a custom High Pressure Leak Test System. Leakage flow monitoring of less than 25CCM was required. The system was planned as standalone system to leak test DUT galleries, adjacent to exterior surfaces, for leakage at pressures up to 60PSI.

  • ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SUB-ASSEMBLY TEST SYSTEM

    Emerging Technologies, LLC. was called upon to design and build an Electro-mechanical Sub-assembly Test System capable of testing eight separate units simultaneously and independently.

  • AUTOMATED DEFLECTION DURABILITY TEST FIXTURE

    Emerging Technologies, LLC was called upon to develop a custom durability test system to create many cycles of, manually adjustable deflection, of multiple plastic parts. The fixture was to be operated while submerged in a chilled water tank. The system was to be kept as rudimentary as possible and was to be used for a single two week durability test.
